Doug Boulware, President

Doug Boulware has 25 years experience overseeing the Management of 27 Long Term Care Facilities in Louisiana.  Mr. Boulware formed Priority Management in 2006, opening offices in Bossier City and Baton Rouge and provides management oversight, accounting and billing services to five homes currently in Louisiana.
Steven Boulware, VP of Operations

Steven Boulware is a licensed Nursing Facility Administrator and is the Vice President of Priority Management, LLC. He has experience operating facilities as an Administrator, a Regional Supervisor, and now as Vice President. As an Administrator, he has been involved in the operational turnaround, long term management, and purchasing of new nursing facilities. As Vice President, he oversees the day to day management of Priority Management’s nursing facilities, and he has helped fortify the structure of the management company by building in new technologies and efficiencies. Steven enjoys the operational aspect of the industry and being able to help move the company forward, but what makes him passionate about the industry is when he is able to interact with residents, family members, and facility employees.
Stephanie Marriott, Chief Operations Officer

Stephanie Marriott came to Priority Management with over 20 years of Nursing Home experience, many of those years as a Nursing Home Administrator and Regional Supervisor. During her tenure, she has been named Administrator of the Year by a former employer, has served LNHA as a Regional Coordinator and Board Member, and has received an EQ Health Capstone Quality Award for Overall Excellence. Stephanie has been recognized for outstanding success with financial outcomes, census growth and state surveys. With years of experience and an extensive knowledge base in all areas of Long Term Care, Stephanie plans to bring Priority Management facilities to the next level of superior care, compliance and efficiency.
Chris Delaune, RN, Chief Nursing Officer

A graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelors degree in Nursing, Chris Delaune has over 3 decades of Nursing experience. Her years as an RN in both Hospitals and Nursing Homes, holding positions such as Critical Care Nurse, Corporate Nurse and Director of Nursing uniquely qualifies her for her current position. She has also been a legal Nurse Consultant for the last decade. Chris has managed and trained nurses to ensure compliance with federal regulations as well as to ensure the best care possible for residents. She has been the Chief Nursing Officer with Priority Management Services since April 2013, and her experience and training are invaluable.
Karen Brown, Corporate Nurse

Before long term care, Karen Brown worked as a LPN in hospitals and nursing homes, and started as RN in hospital Telemetry and ICU. After deciding to spend her time focused on long term care, Karen was Director of Nursing in long term care for 10 years, Regional Case Mix coordinator for 5 years, Regional Clinical Consultant for 4 years, and most recently, Regional Director of Reimbursement with Priority since July 2014.
David Glass, Chief Compliance Officer

David Glass serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for Priority Management Services. He is responsible for the development and implementation of the Corporate Compliance Program. Mr. Glass also serves as the company’s coordinator of emergency planning for the facilities. Mr. Glass comes to Priority Management Services after a career of 34 year with the Shreveport Fire Department. While there, he had senior management responsibilities in investigations and emergency response. Mr. Glass has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an associate’s degree in fire science.
Tina Ware, Controller

Tina Ware started working in Nursing Home Management in 1981 with AMI/National Heritage Inc. doing data entry. She was able to use this opportunity to learn other accounting aspects of the business and work her way into a Staff Accountant position. From 1994 to 2008, Tina worked for Gamble Guest Care Corporation as Staff Accountant/Assistant Controller. The Gambles owned and operated 8 nursing homes, 1 assisted living facility and 1 hospice. From 2008 to mid 2011, she was Accountant/Assistant Controller for a manufacturing company until joining Mr. Boulware at Priority Management in July of 2011 as the Controller.
Shelia Stomps, Medical Billing

Sheila Stomps started working for Nursing Homes in 1985 as an Administrative Assistant after returning from a 6 year stay in Alaska working for the Alyeska Pipeline, auditing contract invoices for payment.  The first Facility was managed by Magnolia Management – the Woodlands, where she filled the position of Administrative assistant and Medical records.   From the Administrative Assistant position she was promoted to the billing department, billing Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance, and was moved to the Alexandria corporate office. Sheila returned to the Woodlands in 2012 as the accounts manager, and has since moved to the corporate office with Priority Management in May of 2013 as the corporate accounts manager.
Denise McCoy, Medical Billing

Denise McCoy graduated from Business College in 1989, and has been billing claims for over 25 years. In these past, she has billed for several different specialties, including physicians, pharmacies, hospice and skilled nursing facilities.
Diane Wimberly, Administrative Assistant

Diane Wimberly worked for the newspaper, The Times, in Shreveport for 34 years in the advertising department for many years doing numerous jobs, national advertising, wedding ads, and administrative assistant to advertising director, as well as the Human Resources department as the HRIS.  After leaving The Times, she went to work for the Caddo Parish School Board in Human Resources before joining the corporate office at Priority Management Services as Administrative Assistant in 2011.
Suzanne Trapp, Administrative Assistant

Suzanne Trapp joined the Priority Management Team in March of 2016 with over 28 years of experience in Long Term Care. Having earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Louisiana State University, she went on to become a licensed Nursing Facility Administrator. Suzanne has held both corporate and facility positions in Administration and Marketing and has developed programs and policies primarily pertaining to Census Development, Customer Satisfaction and Employee Recognition. Having seen and been a part of so much innovation in the industry through the years, Suzanne hopes to utilize her experience to help further the Priority mission of Advancing Excellence in Healthcare.
